Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, Scottsdale

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops, I was disappointed with the condition of the room and the overall service. The pool area was enjoyable, enhancing my stay. However, some aspects fell short, particularly the cleanliness in the room and the responsiveness of the staff.

Our stay at Hilton Scottsdale was enjoyable, with a well-kept ambiance and ample dining options nearby. The rooms in the villa were spacious and well-equipped, making our family trip comfortable. While the pool and hot tub were fantastic, the service at the pool bar left something to be desired. Overall, we had a great experience but hope for updates to enhance the property further.
